Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and engage with potential students through various communication channels (calls, social media, email, etc.).

 Present and promote TechLeap Academy’s up-skilling programs and mentorship offerings to prospective learners.

 Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students, guiding them toward the right program choices.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales conversion initiatives.

 Assist in planning and executing webinars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.

 Gather and share feedback from students and prospects to continuously improve our programs and learning experience.

 Meet and exceed defined sales and performance targets (KPIs).
