Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying their needs
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and product information
• Process transactions using POS systems (sales, returns, exchanges)
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled and displayed
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
• Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Follow company policies, including loss prevention and safety procedures
