Sales Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and bringing new clients and creators to GM Talents. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end communication with brands and potential collaborators.

#Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential brands, agencies, and clients.
• Pitch company services, creator profiles, and campaign solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable creators or campaigns.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work closely with the internal team for campaign planning and delivery.
• Track sales activities, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

#Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development or related fields.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
• Confident, self-driven, and business-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing is a plus.
