Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:-

Installation Coordination

• Coordinate UPS installation schedules with site engineers, service teams, and clients
• Ensure readiness of site requirements (power, cabling, earthing, space) before installation
• Track installation progress, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation
• Coordinate rectification of snags and post-installation support

Payment & Commercial Follow-Up

• Follow up with clients for advance, milestone, and final payments as per contract terms
• Coordinate with accounts team on invoices, payment status, and outstanding dues
• Battery replacement and service contract payments
• Maintain accurate payment and contract records

Client Communication & Feedback

• Act as point of contact between client, sales, installation, and service teams
• Collect client feedback after installation, commissioning, and service visits
• Address client concerns by coordinating with technical and service teams
• Maintain customer satisfaction reports and feedback logs

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain installation reports, commissioning certificates, and delivery notes
• Update CRM/ERP with installation status, payment milestones, and feedback
• Prepare weekly reports on installations, payments, and customer issues
