Job Title: Sales Coordinator


Reports to: Authorized Person


Location: Sector 18, Noida


Job Summary:


Collect, analyze, and convert marketing leads into sales, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Team Report Collection:


- Gather daily/weekly reports from marketing team members.

- Compile and organize data on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.


Lead Analysis (India MART):


- Monitor and analyze India MART leads.

- Identify quality leads, track lead status, and update records.


Sales Conversion:


- Contact potential customers, nurture leads, and convert into sales.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.


Sales Support:


- Assist sales team with data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and presentations.


Data Management:


- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.

- Generate sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements:


- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or marketing.

- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with India MART or similar platforms.


Desirable:


- Sales or marketing certification.

- Experience with sales analytics tools.
