Job Description: Legacy Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing deals for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and online sources
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
• Conduct and coordinate site visits
• Regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
• Maintain customer data and daily sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and backend teams

• Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate
• Undergraduate (any stream)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in real estate or field sales
• Knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
