Job Description
• Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Good knowledge of automotive products and market trends
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
• A valid driver’s license
• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Explain vehicle features, performance, financing options, and warranties
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with the finance department
• Ensure a smooth delivery and handover process
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
