Job RoleWe are hiring Sales Executives (E-Learning Consultants) for an International Outbound B2C Sales Process.

The role involves selling IT certification training programs to international clients, primarily in the US market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to international leads.
• Explain IT certification programs and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads until deal closure.
• Update CRM and maintain sales records.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in International Outbound B2C Sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)

• Higher Secondary
