Sales Coordinator

Supports the sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and customers

·        Making quotations and follow up with customers for orders

·        Techno-Commercial Negotiation with customers

·        Interact with customers for product inquiries, pending orders and quotations

·        Making Sales Orders and interact with factory team for timely delivery of orders

·        Payment follow up

·        Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A technical bent of mind will be useful though not necessary

Providing excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Age Group – 25-30 years

Experience: 3+ years

Graduate in any discipline

Annual CTC: 3,00,000-6,00,000
