Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and update leads in CRM tools such as Zoho CRM.
- Generate and verify leads through multiple sources (online/offline).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth leasing and closure processes.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain customer relationships.
- Support in documentation, agreements, and lease management.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales and leasing targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Required Skills:Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho).
- Strong team handling and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in leasing, lead generation, and verification.
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven approach.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business Administration or related).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, real estate leasing, or CRM management.
