Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline our inbound sales process. The candidate will be responsible for handling lead data, assigning inquiries to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, and making sure no lead is missed. This is a critical role to improve conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and assign incoming leads from website, social media, and ads to sales executives.
• Maintain and update all lead data in CRM accurately.
• Track lead status (new, follow-up, converted, lost) on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely follow-ups are done by the sales team.
• Coordinate between clients and sales executives for calls, meetings, or queries.
• Monitor daily performance of the sales team and highlight gaps.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure no lead is missed or delayed at any stage of the sales process.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English is sufficient).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in CRM handling or data management preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented mindset.
