Sales Coordinator

Job Description:                                           

We are looking for a GeM Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, order processing, and coordination for government sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day operations on the GeM Portal

• Product uploading, catalogue management & pricing updates

• Participating in BOQ, bids, and reverse auctions

• Tracking orders, invoices, and payments on GeM

• Coordinating with internal teams for dispatch & documentation

• Communicating with government buyers and departments

• Ensuring compliance with GeM and tender guidelines

• Maintaining records of orders, tenders, and locked cases

• Customer Visit & Pre Paid Meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal

• Basic knowledge of government procurement & tenders

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation

• Ability to work independently and meet timelines
