Office/ Sales Coordinator – Corporate Catering

Role OverviewThe Sales Coordinator will support the sales and operations teams by managing client communication, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of catering contracts. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Coordination

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential corporate and industrial clients
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries, calls, and email communication professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and presentations for the sales team
  • Maintain and update client databases, lead trackers, and sales reports

Business Support & Documentation

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Support contract documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and updated
  • Maintain records of agreements, pricing, and client requirements

Internal Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between sales, operations, kitchen teams, and site managers
  • Coordinate with factory units, vendors, and internal departments for smooth service execution
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting site launches

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office coordination and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and draft official communications
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and data management systems
  • Support management with task tracking and follow-ups

Client Relationship Support

  • Assist in maintaining relationships with HR, admin, and procurement teams
  • Track client feedback and coordinate with teams to ensure service quality
  • Support client retention through timely communication and issue resolution
  • Key Skills & RequirementsStrong communication and coordination skills
  • Good organisational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
