Job Description
Location:Delhi NCR
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, customer communication, dispatch coordination, and post-installation follow-ups. The role involves end-to-end coordination from order confirmation to installation and customer feedback, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Pre-Dispatch CoordinationReceive and verify Order Processing Forms (OPF) from the sales team
- Confirm dispatch urgency, payment status, and installation timelines
- Create and manage client communication groups (WhatsApp/email)
- Share site specifications and ensure site readiness before dispatch
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and scheduling
- Customer Communication and Follow-UpsCommunicate with clients regarding order status, site readiness, and installation plans
- Collect site readiness confirmation (including videos if required)
- Verify delivery address, payment terms, and installation schedules
- Maintain regular follow-ups and handle customer queries
- Dispatch CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse and logistics for product readiness
- Share dispatch details (vehicle number, driver contact, transport details) with clients
- Ensure payment clearance before dispatch, where applicable
- Delivery and Installation TrackingMonitor delivery timelines and proactively check for delays
- Confirm material delivery with the client
- Coordinate installation scheduling with engineers
- Post-Installation Follow-UpContact customers after installation to confirm system performance
- Collect feedback on service quality and engineer performance
- Request customer reviews and ensure satisfaction
- Documentation and ReportingMaintain structured records of orders, dispatch, installation, and customer interactions
- Update tracking sheets and ERP with accurate and timely data
- Ensure all communication and transactions are properly documented
- Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and follow-up ability
- Basic understanding of sales and dispatch processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (ERPNext preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations
- Experience in electrical, electronic, or industrial products is an advantage
