Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth in the German market. German language training will be provided.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly outreach targets
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
• German language training will be provided
• Recent graduates can apply (graduation must be completed)
• Internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday from office
