Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for building system solutions (PEB, roofing, cladding, structural systems, etc.).
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates based on client requirements and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate technical solutions and timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close sales orders, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, track leads, and update sales reports and CRM records.
