• Technical understanding of the products & presentation skills

• The Sales Manager - Generation is responsible to meet company order, sales & market share goals in the assigned sales territory through direct selling efforts & through independent representative channel selection, training & management.

• Plan & execute the sales strategy for the assigned geographic area to achieve company order, sales & market share objectives.

• Maintain direct contact with customer accounts in geographic area of assigned responsibility & monitor customer satisfaction, industry trends & competitive product offerings, strategies & activity.

• Develop a successful representative network in assigned geographic area as needed through representative selection, training & supervision

• Maintain company product training certifications as defined by company

• Coordinate & attend key industry trade shows, seminars & conferences representing company
