Job Title: Personal Loan Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Executive to promote and process personal loan products. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining loan options, and ensuring smooth loan processing while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products
• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment terms
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation
• Verify customer information and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of financial products and lending procedures

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Finance/Business)
• Experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage (freshers may also apply)

• 0–3 years in sales or loan-related roles
