Lead Generation: Calling new customers or teaming up to offer insurance products.

Policy Explaining: Suggesting the best policy as per the customer needs.

Sales Targets: Meeting monthly/weekly sales targets.

Relationship Building: Building long-term trust and relationships with customers

2- collection executive

Key Responsibilities:

Calling/Visit: Calling customers or making field visits to collect loan installments (EMIs).

Negotiation: Discussing repayment plans with customers while maintaining a gentle demeanor.

Record keeping: Updating accurate reports (in CRM) of all calls and visits.

Adherence to rules: Working as per company policies and RBI guidelines.
