Sales Executive – Lighting Industry (Delhi/NCR)Location: Sector 63, Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development and project sales across the Delhi/NCR region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lighting, electrical, or related industries with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, electrical contractors, and project clients.
  • Promote and demonstrate the company’s LED lighting product portfolio, ensuring strong product knowledge and market positioning.
  • Manage order follow-ups, payments, and customer satisfaction to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with the Surat Head Office for sales reporting, business planning, and training.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to help shape sales strategies.
  • Attend monthly review and training sessions at the Surat office.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3 years of sales experience in LED lighting, electrical products, or building materials.
  • Proven experience in B2B / OEM sales with a strong network of contacts in the lighting/electrical industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
