Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by selling products/services directly to customers in the field (outside the office), focusing on territory management, lead generation, client relationship building, product presentations, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Key duties involve prospecting, conducting face-to-face meetings, negotiating, managing accounts, analyzing market trends, and reporting sales activities, requiring strong communication, self-motivation, and travel. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Generate leads, acquire new customers, and upsell existing ones to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings, present product demos, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Territory Management: Manage a specific geographic area, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies for that territory.
• Pipeline & Account Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage multiple accounts, and handle the entire sales cycle from prospect to close.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide sales forecasts, submit reports, and use CRM software to track activities and market insights.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
