Job Title: Sales Representative/Executive

Summary/Objective

A highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits to solve customer problems.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales contracts.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and other internal departments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address any concerns to maximize satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports on performance and market trends. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
