🔑 Role Overview, As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, and closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales for residential and commercial properties
• Engage with walk-in clients, inbound leads, and site visits
• Understand client needs and offer suitable property options
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Negotiate terms and assist clients through the closing process
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🎯 Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers: Graduate OR MBA's (preferred), strong communication skills, willingness to learn

• Experienced: 0–5 years of real estate or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of Noida real estate market is an added advantage
