Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and handle sales leads for residential / commercial real estate projects
• Call and follow up with prospective clients
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and backend teams
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred)
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Freshers with sales aptitude can also apply
