Role Overview: We are hiring a Sales Associate to drive outreach and conversions for structured school programs focused on child safety and student well-being.

This is a target-driven role with clear monthly outreach, meeting, and conversion goals. Ideal for someone who’s persistent, organised, and comfortable with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and engage leads from schools and educational institutions
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings, demos, and workshops with decision-makers
• Support closures with senior sales team
• Maintain CRM/lead trackers and share performance reports
• Build professional relationships with school stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or B2B outreach
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a target-based environment
• Organised, resilient, and results-focused
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed)
