Position Title: Travel Holiday Package Sales Executive

Location: sec 16 Noida

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Overview:

The Travel Holiday Package Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling holiday packages, tours, and related travel services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, offer suitable holiday packages, and ensure seamless booking and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales of Holiday Packages:


  • Promote and sell customized holiday packages to clients (domestic and international).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Advise clients on travel options, package details, and special deals.
  • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, and other upgrades.

Customer Interaction & Support:


  • Understand client preferences and travel needs to recommend the best package options.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Booking and Documentation:


  • Process bookings through travel management systems and coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
  • Ensure accuracy in handling travel documents such as tickets, visas, itineraries, and insurance.
  • Assist clients in preparing for their trips by providing important travel information, including visa requirements and local conditions.

Market Research & Product Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay current on new packages and travel industry developments.
  • Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.

Sales Strategies & Reporting:


  • Implement and follow sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Track and report sales metrics regularly to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote seasonal deals and offers through online and offline channels.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in travel and holiday package sales (6 months -2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and ability to convey enthusiasm to clients.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not required).

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak holiday seasons.
  • Ability to travel for work-related training or familiarization trips (FAM trips).
  • Fluency in additional languages (an advantage but not mandatory).
