Job Description

Job Summary

VDS Finance Solution is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products and overdraft facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell loan products and overdraft facilities to individuals and businesses
  • Identify and generate new leads through field sales, referrals, and networking
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan/OD solutions
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to clients
  • Assist customers with documentation and application processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and market trends


Eligibility / Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales of loans, overdraft facilities, banking, NBFC, or financial services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset
  • Willingness to travel for field sales (if applicable)
