Job Description
Job Summary
ICL Multigrading India Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, and referrals
Promote and sell insurance products such as life, health, motor, or general insurance
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to clients
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Follow up with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in sales or field sales is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales products and sales techniques
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-oriented and self-motivated Skills Required
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales
