Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the Business Loan sales team to achieve targets.

Promote and sell Business Loan products to potential customers.

Identify new business opportunities and generate high quality leads.

Guide team members on loan features, eligibi lity criteria, and documentation requirements.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing and approvals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

Provide training and support to team members to improve productivity and performance.Requirements

Experience: 2 5 years in Bu siness Loan sales, with team handling experience preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
