Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through telecalling. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a result-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain and update customer database regularly.

Follow up with interested clients and build strong customer relationships.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Provide accurate information to customers and handle queries effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling (preferred, fresher can also apply).

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15000 – ₹25,000 (based on skills & experience).
