• Conduct frequent field visits to retail businesses and potential clients to pitch our software products.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions that meet their needs.
• Give product demos and presentations to key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
