TripSwanky India Pvt Ltd is a growing travel company specializing in curated domestic and international tour packages, adventure trips, group departures, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive tour package sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Sell domestic and international tour packages to customers
- Handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking and execution
- Maintain sales records and update CRM / MS Office reports
Skills Required
- Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Good English Communication Skills (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of domestic & international destinations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Customer handling & convincing ability
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (Preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years experience in travel sales / tour package sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
