Job Description
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base by selling Travel website, Travel CRM and Travel Portal to travel companies. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling product demos, sales closing and ensuring a high level of engagement and follow-up with potential clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cold Calling:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and overcome objections.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during calls.
2. Strategy Development for Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide input on pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies to drive sales.
3. Sales Execution:
- Actively participate in high-value sales opportunities and client negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to the sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to support sales efforts.
4. Target Achievement:
- Set clear and achievable targets for the based on business objectives.
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent progress toward targets.
- Implement corrective actions to overcome challenges.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in achieving targets in the software industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
