Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Working Days: 6 Days a Week  

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives  

Job Description:  

Property Lay is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Generate leads through calls, site visits, and networking  

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options  

- Conduct site visits and property presentations  

- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients  

- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets  

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions  

Requirements:  

- Good communication and interpersonal skills  

- Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)  

- Ability to handle clients professionally  

- Target-oriented mindset
