Job Overview:

Dream Zone Multisolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, online portals, and field visits
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into successful deals
• Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers
• Maintain updated records of clients and property listings
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

• 1 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
