Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive who will handle inquiries generated from our website and social media platforms. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to speak with interested prospects, explain our services, and convert them into clients. Basic English communication skills are sufficient for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and speak with inquiries received from the website and social media.
• Understand client requirements and explain our products/services clearly.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up regularly with warm leads until closure.
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed clients.
• Maintain proper records of calls and update lead status in CRM.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Basic English).
• Good speaking and convincing ability.
• Experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to update CRM.
• Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
