Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Present products and services effectively via calls, video meetings, and online demos
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to improve conversion rates
- Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and digital channels
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
