Job Description
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and digital channels
- Present and promote company services/products to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
