Sales Executive

We are looking for driven and professional Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The role requires hands-on CRM management along with strong field execution for both B2B and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update leads, follow-ups, and client data through CRM systems

• Execute end-to-end B2B and B2C sales processes

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures

• Maintain consistent follow-up pipelines and reporting

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate or field sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• CRM handling proficiency is essential
