Job SummaryWe are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, speak with potential customers, explain our products, follow up regularly, and convert enquiries into sales. The role requires strong communication, confidence on calls, and good customer handling skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up on incoming / company-generated leads
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Share quotations, product details, and pricing with customers
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers
• Coordinate with team for order processing and dispatch updates
• Update lead status and sales activity in Excel / CRM
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with phone-based sales and customer follow-up
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Sales / telecalling / inside sales experience preferred
