Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate consultancy team. The role involves connecting with clients, conducting site visits, and closing property bookings. This is a client-facing position ideal for someone eager to grow in real estate sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with prospective clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to generate trust and repeat business.
  • Assist in documentation, booking forms, and coordination for live bookings.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Coordinate with seniors, builders, and internal teams for smooth closures.
  • Stay updated on ongoing projects, new launches, and market trends.
