Sales Executive

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, energetic, and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing organization.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, and property portals.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth deal closures.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
• Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
• Knowledge of Noida and NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
