Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales leads and convert them into paying customers for our CA exam test series

- Understand students' needs and provide tailored solutions, highlighting the benefits of our test series

- Build relationships with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and chats

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to team and company success

- Stay updated on CA exam trends, syllabus changes, and industry developments

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the education or test preparation industry)

- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with CA exam syllabus and test preparation landscape

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Bachelor's degree in any field
