Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales TelecallerJob SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Telecaller to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Follow up on leads and existing customers

Handle customer objections professionally and close sales

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls

Coordinate with the sales team and report performance regularly

• Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a telecaller or sales executive (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure

• Educational Qualification High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
