Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling / Sales Executive to promote and sell our Ayurvedic products through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of Ayurvedic products, and the ability to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information

Explain product benefits, dosage, and usage as per company guidelines

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales

Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and sales records

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Coordinate with the logistics and support team for order processing

Handle customer complaints politely and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling or sales (Ayurvedic/Healthcare experience preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi (English/regional language is a plus)

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

Ability to persuade customers and close sales

Patient, confident, and customer-focused approach
