Job Description
We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive (Health Advisor Role) for our Ayurvedic product division. The candidate will handle Meta Ads leads (Facebook & Instagram), understand customer health concerns, explain product benefits and usage, and convert leads into COD and Prepaid orders.
Key Responsibilities: Call and manage Meta Ads leads
Act as a Health Advisor and guide customers about their health issues
Explain Ayurvedic product benefits, usage, and precautions
Convert leads into confirmed COD & Prepaid orders
Follow up to improve conversion and reduce RTO
Maintain daily sales and call reports
Requirements: 1–3 years Experience in Tele Sales (Ayurvedic preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and result-driven
Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
