Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales (BPO preferred)

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls to generate sales leads

Explain products/services to customers and close deals

Maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Follow up with potential customers

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of sales process

Target-oriented mindset

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Basic computer knowledge
