Role Overview:As a Sales Executive at WTF Gyms, you’ll be the face of our brand — driving membership sales, providing the best customer experience, and helping members kickstart their fitness journey. You’ll engage with leads, convert walk-ins, and maintain strong member relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead ConversionHandle walk-ins, inbound calls, and online leads for membership and personal training sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships, renewals, and personal training.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct center tours for potential members and explain packages, offers, and benefits.
• Customer Relationship & ServiceBuild rapport with members and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong follow-up for renewals and referrals.
• Reporting & CoordinationUpdate and maintain lead and sales data in CRM/Google Sheets daily.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Trainers, and Operations Team for seamless client experience.
• Share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
• Marketing & PromotionsParticipate in local marketing activities, referral programs, and gym promotions.
• Support center-level campaigns, events, and tie-ups to boost walk-ins.
