Sales Executive/ Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Training Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students about our training programs, guiding them in choosing the right courses, and helping to increase sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel potential students about our training programs and career opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, counseling, or education sector preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and persuasively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
