Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of Business Operations with prior experience in LED lighting or Agri tech space a plus. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and building relationships with prospective customers, nurturing existing clients, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product range and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback through the company’s CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Schooling and Graduation from English medium board under a Full-time course.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
